DESIGN AND ANALYSIS
We produce quality conceptual solutions that include metal, plastic and FRP components, three dimensional computer models and from these, detailed engineering drawings:
- Production and assembly drawings
- Electrical drawings
- Hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
The Finite Element Analysis Method is used to evaluate the behavior of the structures.
The Dynamic Simulation is selected to analyze the impact and drop object scenarios.
The Rendering and Animation provide a 360º perception of the machinery operations.
We have a Test tower of 7 m high and another Test station of extension 3 m x 12 m with a capacity of up to 20 tons static load.
Specific stations or platforms can be constructed to test reduced or real scale structures (Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, engineering plastic, fiber reinforced plastics, etc.) or mechanisms.

We provide a full package service for structure and machinery innovation and development, taken into account all the technical and economical requirements, the possible manufacturing methods and certification specifications.

PROTOTYPE AND CERTIFICATION
According to the client's requests, we can build and certify full-scale and complete prototypes of structures and machinery.
Along with the product, we can deliver the complete package of manufacturing documentations including the list of suppliers, budget calculation sheets, manufacturing record book, test report, etc.
